At BullyBillows, we want you and your dog to be 100% satisfied with your premium gear. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in brand-new, hair-free condition.

Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of your parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
